We also carry many other lines including vintage metal signs, diecast cars, action figures and accessories, dolls and doll fashions, t-shirts and clothing. We sell worldwide and depend on our longstanding relationships with new and repeat customers who appreciate our fast and reliable customer service.

Store Policies

Shipping:

Gift Horse ships orders Monday through Saturday. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Normally orders placed before noon ship that same day or next business day.

To Guarantee the Lowest Shipping Rates Possible, we will quote your Shipping Costs after Your Order has been placed but Before Payment has been made. This is Due to the Wide Range of items that Gift Horse offers. All Domestic Shipping is via USPS, either Priority Mail or Economy Surface Mail Service, or UPS. Insurance is not required but is recommended. International Shipping is via USPS or UPS. All International Shipments will incur a $5.00 Handling Fee and Paypal's Currency Exchange Fee. All packages are thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility. Should your package arrive damaged contact us within 5 business days at gifthorse@cox.net.

Payment methods:

Gift Horse accepts Visa, MasterCard and Pay Pal for secure Credit Card Shopping. We will also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Orders ship when payment is complete. Orders paid by Money order or check may be submitted by email or phone. Please contact us at gifthorse@cox.net or 949-338-0150. We do accept Pay Pal. However, there is a 2.1% fee of the total order and shipping cost added to the total. This is to offset the higher fees that Pay Pal charges us to receive the funds when compared to our normal credit card processor. If you would like to use your Pay Pal account and not incur the 2.1% fee, they do issue a free MasterCard ATM/Debit card that you can use on our site just like a real credit card.

Sales Tax:

All packages shipped to a California address will be subject to California state sales tax. The sales tax will automatically be calculated during checkout.

Returns:

Any returns must have a Return Authorization Number obtained by contacting gifthorse@cox.net within 7 days of delivery. We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should anything not be to your satisfaction, you can return the item to Gift Horse for a refund minus the shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If there needs to be a return due to a mistake on our part, we will pay all shipping charges. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
